Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

Every time in Osaka, I choose this place. The room is stylish and neat with a big bed, everything is amazing. I really enjoyed attentive and helpful personnel that ensures guests have a very good stay. The hotel is in an incredible and amazing location, close to a subway station.

The staff are fabulously friendly and efficient, managed the parking nearby. The location is central. Overall DELICIOUS food, plus there is Takoyaki Ebisu Dotombori close by.

Its location was unbeatable, short walk to Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi and shopping areas which is very convenient and flanked by Osaka's two major shopping streets.

The room we booked was extremely spacious with a big bed. The location was marvellous very close to the metro station, close to a subway station.

The location seemed great near a tube. I had the a twin room, it was beautiful and tidy. Liked my VERY ENJOYABLE stay and would want to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. We were able to easily access all the shopping areas and popular attractions. The hotel itself was quite comfortable and provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The staff were incredibly helpful, always smiling and willing to assist us with any requests. The hot spring area was a highlight of our stay. It was well-maintained and provided a relaxing end to our days. We also enjoyed the complimentary fresh fruits in our room's fridge and the free ramen noodles served after 9pm. we were very impressed and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

There is a policy not to take photos in the hot spring area. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall excellent experience we had at this hotel.

i was offered a room with particularly nice views of partial skyline. the location was awesome, for example, dotonbori was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. and the area was nice, really close to subway and city, the shopping street and the shopping area.

This place is conveniently located for exploring popular sites like Tsutenkaku and there are great dining options nearby, like Matsusakagyu Yakiniku M, which is only 600 m away.

The location was central, not far from the centre of Dotonbori which is great for shopping, drinking and food and Kuromon Market and Dotonbori. We found nice Rikuro Ojisan no Mise nearby with hot beverages. The rooms were compact and beautiful with a big bed.
